How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, bedding and pillows cannot be returned once opened, and select large furniture pieces may be subject to a restocking fee.
Can I choose 'In-Store Pickup' for my online order?
Yes, we offer a convenient Click & Collect service. Simply select your preferred store at checkout, and we will notify you via email when your items are ready for pickup, usually within 2 to 4 hours.
